Just what you've been waited for . . . the answer to my question, "What should I make, eggplant parmesan or moussaka?" and you, the readers, have answered.  It was Eggplant Parmesan.  Never fear, my neighbour has arrived with more eggplants and, this time, it will be the Moussaka.  

But in the meantime, a few more roses for your eyes only at this time.  The first, 'Orange Crush', 'The Fairest of Them All' (fuchsia rose), and 'Kissed by the Sun' (a pink and gold rose).
