What do you do when the temperature reaches 105 F?

Hello, Art Lovers,

I am sequestered in the house, striving to get all outdoor activities finished before 11 a.m. So I need your help with a question. Do I make eggplant parmesan or moussaka with these fresh from the garden eggplants?
